HOUSING

With our sister organization REDCO, we are jointly creating the Keya Wakpala Woicageyapi (Turtle Creek Regenerative Development).

Keya Wakpala Woicageyapi is a multi-phase, mixed use community-scale development that promotes housing, recreation, and business.

Keya Wakpala Progress

Phase 1

Thanks to grant funding from multiple partners, we have been able to complete site planning, housing design, and additional preparations to prepare for the construction of the first 10 homes at Keya Wakpala.

We are on track to break ground for the first phase of this development in 2022!

Interested in Homeownership?

We are in the process of identifying interested homeowners to learn more about your needs and desires. We are working with Tatanka Funds to provide various forms of support to promote homeownership readiness.
